| I've only done it twelve times in twelve days so far. I don't know if it's the best, but I really like it. It doesn't take long to do, feels wonderful and seems to soften my face. |

Sandooch, I've read your posts from your transformation (btw, congratulations!) and was wondering if you bought a book on the Tanaka massage or just followed YouTube videos. I'd like to start it together with a face exercise program.

| fitgeneer - it works great with Facial Exercises. I've only used the you tube videos and happy with that. |

Yes, like sister, I just used the video on youtube and memorized it. Most people say it takes them only 3 minutes to do, but I've timed it and 3 minutes seems like I'm rushing it. When I go at a steady pace, I can do it just under 5 minutes, which is pretty quick.

| It's one of the best massages, but I don't think it's the say-all-end-all massage. In particular, I think that petrissage (rolling body tissues) is also excellent. Both are great but do different things. I personally would do both--at least one drainage-type massage and one rolling/kneading/more aggressive tissue manipulation massage. Just my 2 cents. |

I can't say it's "the best," but it's definitely awesome. 
For reasons I still don't understand, it will get your face INSANELY clean if you use OCM with the Tanaka message. Closer to the surface plugs stand absolutely no chance. |
