Hi,
Can anyone recommend a skincare regimen from Dr. H for normal/sensitive maturing skin? (I have fragile capillaries). Thanks. |

Hello and welcome to the forum. Im sure you will soon be addicted to this part of the side as well as flexing your credit card a little too much
I dont really know much about Dr H's products but alot of people are recommending the cream cleanser and its currently in my shopping bag. Apparantly though its a deep clean treatment to be used after you have taken your make up off so Im just browsing for a cleanser now.
I don't have sensitive skin so Im sorry I cant advise what to get but Im sure someone will come to your rescue.
Happy Shopping. |

I would probably start with the cleansing milk rather than the cream since your skin is sensitive. The rubbing/exfoliating action of the cleansing cream might irritate it.
If you like to use toner, then try the Facial Toner. I, for one, don't believe toners are necessary and if you NEED a toner to remove the rest of you makeup, then you probably need a new cleanser instead. That being said, I do like to use some toners.
For a moisturizer, try Toned or the Rose Day Cream.
Also, Dr. H recommends using the Rhythmic Night conditioner when you are switching over to their products and they make one for sensitive skin.

The toned day cream is increadible for someone with sens. skin. I don't know what else I would be able to use if not for this. |

As much as I love the cleansing cream and keep raving about it any chance I get (sorry!) I would say that I Liz gave you some pretty good advice - go with the cleansing milk instead. The Rose Day Cream is wonderful but it's on the rather moisturising side so if you have normal skin this may or may not suit you depending on weather you lean towards dry or oily. |
