I'm not even close to I where I want to be yet regarding the results I'm getting from doing the Ageless program for almost 5 months now; although, I'm happy with the changes I'm seeing so far. But I was wondering from all you seasoned Ageless facial exercisers how often you do it for maintenance once you get to where you've seen a good improvement and just want to maintain results.
Right now I do the full program, plus 3 extra exercises, 3 days a week. I don't remember if I read this right, but can you maintain your results with just 2 full workouts a week? I believe that's what I had read but can't be certain. I still enjoy doing the Tanaka massage each night and will keep that up as well, but wanted to know if I could cut down on the frequency of the Ageless exercises and still maintain my results once I'm happy on where I'm at. |

Sandooch, i just 'feel' out what i need ...also i'm doing flex effect and sente maria runge plus myriad different lymphatic massages/accupressure etc...so i always just feel out what i need at any given time..also my face (and i think most faces) are never really the same from day to day....so what i may feel my face needs from day to day shifts..i believe you may feel this too by the time you are on maintainance. |

Thank you for your reply. Yes, that makes sense. It is strange how some days I feel my skin looks better than others. But at least overall it's headed in the right direction. I will take your advice and just see what my face needs once I do get to the point where I'm happy with my results (crossing fingers).
May I ask, how often to you do your lymphatic massages/accupressure? Is it a daily ritual, or are you going by what you feel your skin needs? |

Sandooch, I do a few lymphatic massage techniques eveyday (including Tanaka..i actually do each step 5-7 times...although i leave out the 'bone remodeling' steps toward the end of the massage) but my skin really needs/loves lymphatic massage...again it's so very individual.
i try to fit in an acupressure session whenever i have time...so sometimes i'll do it everyday..sometimes a few times a week....sometimes only once a week. |

I only do more reps (usually 5) on the eye area, forehead and double chin, which is where most of my concern is. Could you tell me what changes in your face you've noticed from doing the Tanaka massage and when you started to notice them? I understand that everyone is different.
For me, I noticed right away that my face seemed to glow and soften. Others said that it eliminated their NL lines. That would be cool! Mine are not too deep, so I hope they'll fade a bit more in the up coming weeks. Thank you. |

i've been doing the tanaka massage for almost 2 & 1/2 years everyday....along w/other technique & skincare so it's difficult to know what is causing what..but i still notice a 'lift' to my face...and a more toned look to my face after i do it |
