To the best of my understanding, a mole is a raised pigmented area on the skin. A blackhead is a pore filled with oil and sebum that has oxidised on top (and turned blackish or dark). A skin tag is just a tiny bit of "excess" skin. I sometimes get them on my arms. You can just snip them off (doesn't hurt) as long as you have disinfected the nail clippers or whatever you snip it off with. |

Sounds like a freckle or sun spot. I would suggest that any such dark marks should be checked on a regular basis by a derm (skin cancer checks) just to be safe. If they are just sun spots then you can have them removed by a derm or you can try to lighten them with various lotions or serums if they bother you. |
