Maybe the best news is that since my last update, my husband has been sufficiently impressed with my results that he asked if I would order the product for him – even after I told him the price!! So now we are both users and it helps a bit because I get to watch for his results as well as trying to determine if I am imagining mine. His biggest issue is what I might call a “bumpy forehead” – not pimples, maybe the beginnings of AKs.
|
I can't wait for updates from you Panda regarding your husband's Lifeline use. That is very impressive that he wants to use the product due to your results! |

Had my SkinTyte treatment today. Don't expect to see results for 4 to 6 weeks, but there is no down-time, and it was not particularly painful. I had a micro dermabrasion 3 or 4 weeks ago and it was fantastic. I have to believe that there is something to this combination of micro-dermabrasion and growth factors, because I've had plenty of these, but none that produced the results of the last one. Not only did I get rid of some fine lines, I got rid of some more-than-file lines. I'm not ready to jump on the PMD, but must admit that it is tempting.
Husband is doing well. His forehead looks good (he has a full beard, so he has limited facial real estate. I will wait to post more comprehensive results when this month is over. I continue to be just "pleased as punch" with this product. |

I still think the fact that he asked for you to get him this product is amazing! I will say I do love results of these cells with microdermabrasion, now matter how you get it done, please keep us updated on both you and hubby!

The microdermbrasions get better with time, I never bought into this prior to the pmd, I do now, the more they are done the better the results. Since I also think its the combo and your on ISCO its def worth your looking into. |

I am afraid of this device I'm pretty sure I would end up sanding my face off. I have a tendency to get a bit carried away. |

I will be starting month six on Lifeline in the next week. Still no miracles, but still very happy. I continue to see improvement around my eyes and I am very pleased with the progress on my neck. Really, this was my biggest issue. I knew I could ultimately get my face in shape (even if it took drastic measures), but I think a neck that doesn’t match the face makes one look both old and vain My plan is to continue with a twice a day application for another few months and then slowly move down to my chest and shoulders.
I had my SkinTyte laser treatment two weeks ago. I think I may be seeing some slight improvement around the jaw area, but it is really too soon to tell. But now for my big secret - I got rid of all milia with virtually no effort fairly early on – except one – right on the center of my left cheek. So I began to give it a little “massage” with the back of my sonic care toothbrush after applying my Lifeline and it slowly disappeared – how’s that for the poor man’s ultrasound! Seriously, I think these stem cell derivative products work quite well with other gadgets and procedures.
As for my husband, he is not particularly diligent in his skin care regimen, so at best he is using the product once a day. I am seeing some improvement in his skin as his forehead is definitely smoother. He is happy and I guess that is the important thing.
One last thing, I still use Lifeline exclusively – nothing under or over the product. |

Thanks for the update, Panda. I think that speaks really well for the Lifeline if your husband uses it once a day at best and you are still seeing improvement in his skin! |

Thinking outside of the box, thats what I love about EDS.
If I was not seeing results with reluma I would definitely try the lifeline. There seem to be many people getting good results.
The information is filed away incase I suddenly become disheartened with my current regime.
Thank you for keeping us updated Panda, it is appreciated. |

I agree lori The only reason I was not thrilled with it was that darn sunscreen in the day formula (chemical) that just does not work for me personally!
I know we had the lady from ISCO on (name escaping me) and she said they were considering one without the SS in it? |

I don't believe they will ever make a product without sunscreen. I think they are sort of a take-it-or-leave-it company. There is a post on their website about a study that shows how few people actually use sunscreen, so they have decided to enforce the use of sunscreen for users of the day product. Apparently anything beyond spf15 will block penetration of the actives in the product, but they want to ensure that the user has at least some protection. I was pretty unhappy about it at first, but admittedly I am one of those people that is not really diligent when it comes to applying sunscreen. They are not suggesting that spf15 is sufficient, more like it is better than nothing and the user can always apply more.
I like the products, but they obviously are not for everyone or I wouldn't be the only one writing reviews. |

It's a bit confusing having reviews in two places! (Products Reviews and Skin Care & Makeup) - I have just written my review in the latter.
In short, having tried both Lifeline and Reluma, I have decided to continue with Lifeline, but add a moisturiser of my choice, probably Valmont although I'm contemplating Jan Marini and Karen Hertzog too.
I love the way my skin looks after Lifeline, except for the slight dryness the next day. I hate the shiny, slightly reddish face I have after Reluma - but it looks better the next morning. I obviously need more moisture than Lifeline provides, during the night. |

I am really liking this, and have decided to purchase my third bottle of the night serum.
Now that I am using a moisturiser on top, I am happy.
If the Lifeline people ever look at this thread, please consider a separate moisturiser for those of us who need a little more than the serum provides!
In terms of results, while no lines or sag have been miraculously fixed, I just like the way my skin looks. I am experiencing the same results as mentioned by another user (I'm too lazy to page through all the threads to find out who), where the results (fresher look) are obvious after a long night.
I have had two occassions - one working around the clock, the other a party where way too much alcohol was consumed - where I would normally have looked really haggard in the morning. On both occassions I was surprised and pleased to see *me* in the mirror the next day. |

I did but barely, I really wanted a full on system and tried AA which I did not like at all (putting it mildly).
I knew I would never be happy with the LL alone, I may add it in somewhere with the RL but I wanted to try it on it's own and am very happy I did, it really is working beautifully for me.
ETA: Add it in just to use it up. |

Panda I am a stinker about any chemical SS I can not tolerate it om my face at all!
I think Bushy after many product trials landed on LifeLine and has stuck with it for a long time now!
She rarely posts as it seems she found her HG products! I know you are not alone! |

I asked as I was curious if it made your skin dry?
Well, I requested more samples and I was lucky to get a good amount to try, so once I am finished with the Reluma bottle, I will try the Lifeline again. I think I will do so very slowly and I will definitely need to add a moisturizer on top. |

It did not Riley but that is not an issue I have run into with anything really. Just as your skin was so very normal and nonreactive a year or more ago, mine has remained so.
Good luck with your trial the second time with LifeLine. |
