Which program is better? She has her original program started years ago and her more recent program. And which nose exercise is better? The Nose Shortener from the old program or the Nose Transformer from the new program?  |

Depends what you mean by "better" really.
The old program is good, but the newer program is one that she's improved on and found ways of increasing the speed of results. Of course you need to follow her directions and guidance (i.e. doing an exercise 10x a day is not her suggestion - so of course you will get into problems doing it that way!). Just MHO

Yeah, I meant better as in more effective in what the exercises is supposed to do. The Nose Transformer is a part of her new program, so does that mean it will slim the nose better than the Nose Shortener (which is a part of her old program)? And I know I've been doing it the exercise too much, but figured it would work faster that way. (pPretty dumb, I know). So should I just let the muscle atrophy? |
