I love Wednesday nights. Hubs plays pool.
So I get to sit down with my bar of fruit and nut..calcium..fruit and protein plus the bonus of chocolate.
A tasty glass of baileys, more calcium. A big bag of gummy bears. So that takes care of my recommended fruit intake.
Topped off with a lovely bottle of red, can't remember what good stuff that has except for the grapes. Just to be sure because somewhere there was a discussion on this I have a glass of white wine too.
I think I have all bases covered.
The remote is by hubbys chair so I have to get up and walk to change TV channel so there is my excercise. What a blissful life. |
