I know that many people exfoliate their skin with lactic acid.
Some people say that it's different on their skin, and I think that I heard that it's supposedly more hydrating. How so, and what distinguishes lactic acid from the other AHAs? |

Most people say its more gentle and less abrasive, leaves a more soft and soothed complexion rather than one that needs to be treated lightly lest it become inflamed. I love glycolic, though, as I used Alpha-H Liquid Gold all the time and I don't get irritated. Different strokes for different folks. |
