Does taking a copper supplement cause the uglies and sagginess like topical CPs initially do? If so, does it go away like it does with topical CPs? |

Unless you are diagnosed with a deficiency of copper you need to be careful on how much you take!
Copper Recommended daily intake 2 mg, Over dosage As little as 10 mg of copper can have a toxic effect.

I would ask the doctor when you do have the tests done, it is always a good idea bullet to have your levels checked! |

I just watched a special on absinthe, people hallucinated and went crazy from bootleg absinthe- they colored it with copper and poisoned people. Gave the drink its bad rep and raises some important concerns about ingesting copper. |

3 GRAMS? or 3 milligrams?? Why do you want to take a copper supplement bullet? Zinc and Copper need to be in the right balance/ratio for proper health. It would probably be safer for you to just get whatever copper is in your multi and leave it at that. I agree getting tested is a good idea, and you should tell your Doctor you plan to supplement with copper. But again, why are you wanting to take copper? |
