| Hi! I am using meladerm and a trentoin product. I am wondering if I should use the trentoin at night and the meladerm in the morning or use both meladerm and trentoin at night and mix them. The trentoin product I am using is ziana. It's great and I love it!! I'm just trying to figure out the best combination to use!! I don't have acne but have hyper pigmentation from having poison ivy on my face that left dark spots after it healed. I'm trying to get rid of those spots. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks! By the way the trentoin is .05% |

| Correction the ziana is .025% trentoin gel. Thanks!! The meladerm says to use twice a day. |

| Please do not mix any prescription or over the counter drug with any other product without the specific agreement of your pharmacist or dermatologist. Safer to employ appropriate wait times. |

I can buy Melderma (scar treatment) OTC at any drug store or chain store in the US? I would not mix them but RA at night and the Melderma in the morning should be ok if we are talking the same product?
If using twice a day I would employ the 1 hour wait between the two!  |

That is a brand name of a scar treatment cream available in the US, apologies for any confusion!

| Just from quickly looking at the Meladerm site I would use it in the morning and Retin A at night. |
