If anybody's used the Decleor Hydra Floral Eye Gel-Cream could you please post what you thought of it?
I'm trying to decide what my next eye cream will be. I don't have any wrinkles around my eyes yet so my main concern is keeping it that way as well as hydration and dark circles.
