Hello all
Miss my skin care pals.
I was using TUA T for many months, has issues with first unit. Only one side worked, replaced it, same issue with second. Only one of top plugs work. It has just been sitting at home, not being used. I want to return second one...but nervouse I wont get one back, lol.
Anyway, anyone else have that problem on "brand new TUA's?" I have bad luck maybe? It sure was not from overuse, the second one came not even working.
ALSO if u use Tua T in USA, where do you buy your replacement sponges? I have one link that TUA USA gave me, just wondered if there were others, and cheaper? This is link I was given.
www.regenerationsmbs.com
Do any TUA users prefer another machine, like NUFACE Trinity? I would prefer that I think, but can't spend more money. Waiting to see what Nanci at NCN comes up with toward the end of the year. I bet gadget will be great. I don't love idea of the placements on TT...and think I would prefer process of NuFace. If only I could get a microcurrent machine for $150, not 300 lol.
Thanks everyone |

When I was using my Tua I took off the sponges and used either aloe vera gel or cerave lotion as a conductor - works great. Just make sure that you clean it well after you use it. I used rubbing alcohol. HTH. |

Hi and thanks. I think I tried it once that way and felt like electricity, lol. OH maybe I was not using gel. Thought I would electrocute myself. Maybe I have to give it another try, thanks. My face is looking BLAH and BLAH. I am using glycolic and some retinol..too, copper pep dont see to do much, and i think the TUA was helping. Sigh. An uphill saggy battle, lol.

An uphill saggy battle - tell me about it!. Every morning there seems to be a new wrinkle or sag that wasn't there the day before. |

Amen to that.
We are the very same age!!!!!
Last night I got creative (aka stupid) and put a little glycolic acid on my right knee, just to see if miraculously it would tighten up and I would look like a super model, lol. Need I say it did nothing? I was thinking of trying it once a week for a month. BUT MAN IT STUNG. And I can't do it on other leg due to injury. SO even if it did, I would be a lopsided freak...ha ha.
Keep on keeping on, sag and all.

Too funny! I would need more than my fingers and toes to count all of the stupid things I have done over the years in the name of beauty LOL. |

You can make the sponges from Wettex that you buy in the supermarket for next to nothing. Draw around the screw-on cap that fits on top of the sponge and cut them out. You'll get heaps from just one Wettex. |
