Question

Hi, I've had these wrinkles below the side of my nose for almost a year and they haven't gone away. I'm pretty sure I got these by sleeping on the side of my face since I also have some minor forehead wrinkles and under the eyes, but those don't really bother me. I just want to get rid of the ones by my nose. I haven't tried any products to make them go away since I thought they would have came out by now if I just waited or massaged them out.

Is there are any way to reduce or get rid of them.

I've taken pics to show pics of my creases/wrinkles, but I can't add them to show what they look like. Sad I can PM them if anybody needs info.

are you talking about nasolabial folds? If so many get filler (juvederm etc) to fill them in.

Nope not those. Just one small shallow crease alittle below my nose on each side. Its kind of like what a forehead wrinkle looks like pretty much.

I would like to suggest you make an effort to learn to sleep on your back. This has made a HUGE difference for me and I wish I had known this sooner.

Whenever I sleep on my side I get new wrinkles that take a few days to go away and I am always sorry that I gave in and slept that way.

If this doesn't work, depending on the location, a deep injection of HA filler may push out the surface skin and help become smooth again. Over time it may also stimulate fibroblast production (collagen) at a deep level to help support the area.

But I would try sleeping position first!

Tried sleeping on my back but that didn't help. Any other suggestions?

Ever heard of a spacesleeper? I've never tried it, but I'm considering it--it's like a pillow-band you wear around your head. I wonder if anyone else in the forum has tried it. There's also "beauty pillows" or anti-wrinkle pillows that are shaped like an X and you put your face at the edge so it kind of hangs over without smushing. One brand is called the "face saver" I believe. I also have not tried that.

My sister loves the face saver pillow!
