Could you recommend a serum or cream of some kind that can address acne scarring on the chin area, please? I have this from hormonal acne from a couple years ago. Most of it is just light pigmented spots. I have 1-2 small indented spots.
I have tried Retin-A in the past and it honestly seemed to bring on acne. It didn't help my skin at all and I regret ever using it. I'm still thinking of trying the KinNiaNag, but any other recommendations?
I'm hesitant to do at-home peels. |

I had indented scars, too, not from acne but from facial shingles. I injected these areas with Hyaluronic Acid (that's Juvederm , Restelyne ets.) and at first I got a hard area which has softened over time and become more like the surrounding skin. It takes a while but I do believe that the scar underneath is normalizing and has formed new collagen. Continuing my experiment with another scar. I should add that the surface scar was long ago removed with CO2 laser but I am now addressing the depressed areas underneath what was a visible scar and which feels like scar tissue - thin and hard and unyeilding and forming a depressed area on my skin. |
