Hi all!
I'd love to have a recommendation for a facial sunblock(or sunscreen) for atopic/sensitive skin.
I have very sensitive skin and most of the regular skin-care products irritate my skin. All sunscreens I have tried give me allergic reaction.
I have been using Clinique superdefense spf 25, but it does not have much protection and lately I have started to become oversensitive to it too
So, I'd need a new product (with zinc oxide or titanium oxide) and I don't want to waste my time just blindly buying stuff to see that they don't suit me.
So, if there are any fellow sensitives here, please help me by revealing your sunblock products!
This is my first topic here, so if I mess up, bear with me |

My favorite for my sensitive skin is Episencial Sunny Sunscreen SPF 35. It's 5% titanium 5% Zinc.
Maybe it will work for you. |

Pratima is great for sensitive skin if you live in the States (it's been impossible for me to get it since the one store who was able to ship it to Canada went out of business).
I've started re-using my John Masters SPF 30 Natural Mineral Sunscreen recently and find it fairly benign for sensitive and/or irritable skin: http://www.johnmasters.com/sun.htm

Good recommendations for everyday use for the sensitive skins. |

Thank you !
Looking at the ingredients list, I like Pratima best - if I'm not oversensitive to any of the herbs (they are not all familiar to me). Too bad I live in Europe. Maybe I'll find some online store shipping it to Finland.
It also clearly said that it is for the face. We don't see much sun here, so I rarely need generic sunscreen - just for the face.
I recently found out I'm oversensitive to coconut oil and grapeseed oil too - but none of these product fortunately have those ingredients. |
