Hi there i have used a derma roller on my face for over 3 years every 3 months or so .I use the 1mm but feel i would like to try the 1.5mm as i feel ive got as far as im going to get with the 1mm.I got a price from the nurse who did my botox on my frown line and it would be £200.00 for one session.I just feel this is so expensive when i can buy a roller frome ebay at £20.00.The only thing with doing it myself with a 1.5 is could i cope with the pain .I dont use a numbing cream with the 1mm and find this just bearable .Does any of use ladies or gents do a 1.5 without numbing first?Or if you do numb first where do you get the numbing cream from? Thanks xx |

I use a 1mm without numbing and a 1.5 dermastamp without numbing. I've tried ice and it helps. Put some in a baggie and hold it on the area you are going to roll for a few minutes and then roll right away. Doesn't hurt to give it a try without numbing cream, you can always stop if it hurts too much.
I do have Emla from owndoc.com but I've never used it. |

A frozen can of juice in a bag or rubber glove is said to be very effective and supposedly lasts longer than ice. |
