SkinCeuticals - Clarifying Clay Mask

Ingredients:
Aqua (water), Kaolin, Bentonite, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycerin, Vaccinium Mytrillus (billberry) Extract (and) Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cance) Extract (and) Acer Saccharinium Extract (and) Citrus Aurantium Dulcius (Orange) Fruit Extract (and) Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Extract, Titanium Dioside, Ceteary Alcohol (and) Ceteareth-20, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Dimethicone, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Extract, Symphytum Ifficinale (Comfrey) Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Methparaben, Propylparaben.
-Contains 5% Hydroxy acid blend to decongest pores, lift impurities and oils and exfoliates the skin
-Botanicals and minerals are added to help heal and calm the skin, while a 5% hydroxy acid blend gently exfoliates
-Clarifying Clay Masque leaves skin feeling healthy and purified

I have combination skin and I am usually susceptible to cyst-like blemishes and whiteheads.
Am using this mask to clarify my skin to prevent blemishes and it's been working great! My skin feels clear after every application, although it doesn't target whiteheads in my case.
The formula is effective but doesn't feel overly strong for a clarifying product. That being said, I do experience tightening of the skin in the cheek region on initial application. And this usually last for about 30 seconds. However, it doesn't result in dryness in my skin ( no flaking or dry patches).
Love this mask, the downside to the product is the price. |

| I have been thinking about trying this mask. I have combination skin too and some congestion. |
