This is a great recipe if you want ultra smooth, fresh and almost baby-skin feeling on your feet :)

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooked or canned Pumpkin (puree)
1/4cup of Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon of almond oil (you can use olive oil or jojoba oil instead)
1 tablespoon ground coffee beans
Lemon juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon

Directions:

Simply mix all the ingredients in a big bowl, then scrub your feet away. Pay special attention to the heels. Rinse off with warm water, and pat dry. If there's leftover mixture, you can feel free to scrub parts of your body in the shower as well. You can store the solution in a glass jar in the fridge, for up to a few days.

Each ingredient in the recipe is natural, and has its own purpose & function:

- The natural enzymes contained in Pumpkin exfoliate the skin--great for getting rid of rough patches of skin on the feet.

- The alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA's) and tiny granules contained in brown sugar also make the scrub a great exfoliator.

- The almond oil works to soften the skin, hydrate the cuticles, and strengthen the nails.

- The caffeine in coffee serves to improve the blood circulation in your feet (plus it smells divine).

- The lemon works as a natural preservative.

If you wanted to save the pumpkin for fall baking, you could also get pumpkin powder from lotioncrafter or a health food store.

I'm pretty sure it does. I've never tried the canned method (so I can't compare the two) but it always works great when I use the powder.
