Tips for skin care
1. Protect yourself from the sun
2. Don't smoke
3. Treat your skin gently
4. Eat a healthy diet
5. Manage stress
6. Wash your face twice a day
7. Don't pop pimples
8. Avoid touching your face with your fingers or leaning your face
9. If you get acne on your body, try not to wear tight clothes.
10. Remove your makeup before you go to sleep
11. Keep hair clean and out of your face to prevent additional dirt |

Some good tips for the skin care are:
Take bath daily.
Eat healthy and balanced diet.
Eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables.
Drink more water and fresh fruits juices.
Don't use more cosmetics products.
Use good quality soap and lotion for the skin. |
