Or skin laxity?
Have you noticed that or actually the opposite result?
Please clear this doubt, thank You! |

Hello, morocha,
I did facial exercises (Flex Effect) for a year, and have now switched to a combination of those exercises and muscle contraction by microcurrent.
I experienced no laxity, but rather increased firmness. I did not use the topical agents recommended in that first year, but still there were no adverse effects. People commented that I looked slimmer in the face, but not in a bad way. I asked for advice on the board, and was told that you really need to work the face to build up solid muscles. I could not manage any kind of real bulk, though, but the face still stayed firm.
I believe it is important to feed yourself - and your skin - well when doing facial exercises, plenty of vitamins, fresh greens and protein, so your body has what it needs to build muscles. |
