Hello,
I'm 20 years old and I've just noticed a strange sunken hollow on the right side of my face. I know what a nasolabial fold is and it's definitely not a line/wrinkle or parenthesis on my face. When the shadow hits it, it seems like a sunken in hollow or something and it's making me panic as if I'm prematurely sagging or aging badly. It's right above my mustache area (lack of better anatomical words lol), right on the side of my nose and extends about an inch. It's very unflattering and makes my face seem unsymmetrical and make one side of my face look saggy?? Should I take a picture cause maybe it is a naso-labial line starting and I'm just confused? What is this hollow called?
I never drank alcohol and I don't smoke. Are there any facial exercises, topical creams or any non-invasive, non surgical means to take care of this annoying problem? |

Hey, MM, do you sleep on your side? - I know I have increased the assymetry of my face by doing that for years and notice a difference when I sleep on my back. Just a thought.
There is a thread here regarding facial exercise that might be interesting for you. |

Actually I do, I never thought of that I tend to face plant on one side of my face. I will def try to change my sleeping habits and try to fix the damage with facial exercises. I've been looking into them lately. I wish I knew never to do that lol...to late I guess. |
