Hi people, I'm new on here.

I'm a 25 year old male and I've always had dark circles under my eyes, i think this is due to thin skin as i can see some veins underneath the blackish looking skin, whats weird is that my eye lids are also like this.

(my skin tone is a very light olive)

I've read in some places that a pitch-roll massage is effective but I'm scared as this sounds like it could harm my skin...does anyone have any experience with this method?

would collagen help or any other creams?

I've read about fat grafts under the eyes but I've not got the money for that.

Thanks

There was a thread not too long ago discussing dark circles. Maybe it can help:

Welcome to the forum Davidvilla.

Why not have a look at this Face Book forum sponsored by Easy Eye Solutions? It is an open forum to discuss dark circles and under eye puffiness and is not to promote the EES brand, nor any other product line for that matter.

I have only looked at it once but thought that there was a good amount of information there.

I also have dark circles and puffiness. I have recently been using arbonne eye treatment cream. It has worked really well. Also, under my makeup i use the Clinique even better under eye treatment. It has worked really well also. It masks the circles in the day and also has a treatment in the cream.

Dark circles are often caused by broken capillaries caused by rubbing your eyes and dehydration (i.e. not drinking enough water).
Try not to rub your eyes and up your intake of water and antioxidants and they should improve. And don't forget the most important thing, sufficient sleep! Try and get 7-8 hours each night. Mean while you can use Revitol eye cream which will help you to get rid of your dark circles...

Have you tried the tea bags OR cucumber slices OR potato slices? Put this on both eyes (closed I mean) for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy some soothing music while you're doing it so it is not too boring Smile
My suggestions are:
-drink lots of fluid preferably water,
-eat lots of vitamin C rich foods,
-don't eat salty foods,
-don't smoke (because it is bad for you),
-detoxify to remove toxins from the body..
-try to get enough sleep if you are not gettng much...
If you are wearing make-up, you can use a peach-colored concealer to camouflage it. Also, you can also buy Preparation H cream to diminish the look of dark circles. Good luck and hope this helps....

Thanks tasha92337 Smile Yes, I know that some of these dark circles are hereditary or due to allergic reaction to something. My suggestions would at least "improve" or "diminish" these a bit...

In addition, drinking lots of water to improve circulation of body is important. Also if you have a blender or vitamix machine, you can make fruit smoothies (blueberries, bananas, raspberries, blackberries, or any fruit of choice) with soya milk but no sugar added. But if you have a sweet-tooth, you can add 1TBP of honey to sweeten the smoothies.... The smoothies will be rich in vitamin C that you need, also will improve circulation of body.....
