| How long was it (and after how many treatments) before you saw a difference with Paula's Choice exfoliants? |

| I would say almost immediately for overall smoothness of my skin but for eliminating of blackheads oh it takes patience. This won't happen overnight. About a month or so for the blackheads on my nose. It takes consistent use on CLEAN skin. Forget the layering of products, otherwise how would you know whether your sample is working for you. I think i began to see a noticeable difference in maybe a few weeks. Everyone is obviously different, but i didn't really have any adverse effects. I only noticed improvement. I've been using the BHA for maybe four or five months now and for where i'm using it, the skin is probably the best it's been. They key is to be consistent. I use her 2% BHA lotion by the way.
You can use other products with her exfoliant (within reason of course) - PC even recommend it. I cleanse and then apply the BHA, wait maybe 15 minutes, and then use a little bit of emu oil. The lotion is quite moisturising anyway so i don't need much. |

Not at all Veronica. Paula's formulation makes it moisturizing. You can put moisturizer on top if you want though. |

You could put your moisturizer on after. I don't know if you realize but Paulas Choice is on facebook. It is great over there. So many people ask a ton of questions and the PC team answer daily. Just a wealth of information. |

I didn't know that you were supposed to wait before applying a moisturizer.
