They specifically discussed these three and I thought they would be of interest to many here:
ReAura - expected to arrive in the US soon. "More than 80% of users showed anti-aging improvement after 12 weeks" - did not cite the study or studies 
No mention of self-treatment protocol.
Tria - Pending FDA approval. "Works as well as one Fraxel treatment - after 30, 3-6 minute treatments. 100% of users noted improvement in skin texture after 8 weeks of nightly use." - no studies cited
"Both devices can be uncomfortable and are as time consuming as LED devices."
BMR Face - Received FDA clearance last year. Used for 20 minutes/five days/week, uses very low electrical current to stimulate nerves in facial muscles, improving tone and tautness, used solo or as an adjunct to Thermage or Fraxel (sounds like it promises similar to facial exercise?)
