Late last night, to my horror, I discovered a red spot on my cheek that I think is composed of broken caps. I'm not prone to developing these, but last night at a Christmas party I pinched my cheeks in the bathroom to give me some color and I think I caused this spot! I'm so upset with myself. The area's skin surface is completely normal so the redness is definitely coming from within the skin. If it is a broken cap spot, could it heal on its own or will I have to have laser treatment? I hate that I did this! Thanks. |

Too soon to worry. It likely could go away on it own. It could be just some irritation. |
