This question is for those of you who use copper peptides, Reluma or similar product, a retinol product and a vitamin C product. I am confused as to how to do it so that no conflicts arise. For example, I know that the CP's can't be used with C, but can they be used with retinol or Reluma? Even more confusing is that I just got the Marie Veronique Pacifica retinol serum, and it has green tea and MAP C in it. I thought from the various threads on DIY that you couldn't combine green tea with C.
The confusion is arising because I just got the retinol product. I had been using Reluma in the morning followed by the Vit C. At night I used the copper peptides. I started alternating nights with Cp's and the retinol, but maybe there is a better way.
I really only want to apply stuff twice a day. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this without any chemical conflict? |

Hi,
CPs and Vitamin A can be used together - no problem.
What type of C are you using - just the MAP in the MVO Pacific serum. I understand that you should only avoid the LAA version of C with CPs.
So, I think you could safely do the following:
AM: Reluma
PM: CP + MOV Serum
Hope that helps, |

Thanks erg, that does help...I didn't know that A can be used with CP's. I make my own C product with LAA, but now I guess I can use it with the Reluma. |
