it worked a few times but then i guess the caffeine started to irritate the skin. the skin around my eyes became a bit red and didn't look very fresh. maybe i leave it for quick fixes now and then.

hi,

maybe you could try some products to help with tired eyes and they wont irritate your skin.

Origins has got " A perfect world for eyes" and they also have got some other things for puffiness.
Im sure theres a ton of great stuff for eyes here on EDS as well Wink

Guapagirl - Do you just soak them in witch hazel, or in a mix of witch hazel & water?

after me an guapaboy get into our fleece cozytoez, I make us a cup each of chamomile tea with a tad of honey. We keep the teabags in the cup till we finish them and then I put both bags in one cup and pour a small spash of witch hazel over them and bung in the fridge. In the morning I shove the bags on my eyes (I persuede GB to bring them to me in the morning with the promise of a B*) and lie back and think of england. In a rush, I hold my head back and have em on for the 3 mins it takes to clean my teeth Very Happy
I emerge princess fiona like (before the silly cow snogged shrek Bad Grin )

I love Chamomile Tea Bags on my eyes, I add warm water squeeze it out then place on my eyes, lying down for 10 minutes. really makes my tired eyes more soothed.

Which works best for relieving puffiness....warm or cold? My guess would be cold.
