Hi Everyone,
Okay I have been reading like crazy this forum and trying to get an understanding of my face and what is happening with me..
My another biggest issue (apart from NL folds and money mouth) is that loss of volume in cheeks and overloss loss of fullness in face..
I believe that is the problem for most of us around here..
And I guess we need to do the cheek exercises to lift those cheeks..
Please correct me if I am wrong..
I am doing the cheek lifting exercises from CFF.
What else can I do please advvice..
Also what are the other methods which can give you fuller face?
