Im 38 and feel like im aging fast.
P.M.
Cleanse with either oil or dove for sensitive skin(ive been using the dove for a couple of months and so far so good). I only use my fingers for cleansing, no cloth or brush.
Sometime Theyers Rose water witch hazel
RAM .01%
Avene Eulage around eyes
Plain Olay on my neck and chest, which has reddened sun damage.
A.M.
Cleanse with Dove
Homemade vitamin c toner
Neostrata Eye Cream
Devita Solar Protection Cream - the only ss i can tolerate.
Makeup - either revlon colorstay or everyday minerals.
I also have a PMD that i use sporadically.
My biggest concerns are large pores on my cheeks and lax jawline/jowls forming. I also seem to be developing a double chin. I have lost all fullness in my mid face and everything is headed south. Can any recommendations be made? Thanks for any advice you can offer. |

hi jyount,
I have been using a Japanese galvanic device called Hada Crie for a few months now and my pores are almost invisible now. The hada crie is around $150-170 in Amazon. I guess you don't have to use this particular brand. I saw from the forum that the NuSkin Galvanic spa is also pretty good.
As for firming skin, seems like microcurrent is the way to go. Please see my other post. I got some very good advices from PQ (Phillip, bethany and Toby.

girltwocb (Christine) is an expert on microcurrent. And here is her tutorial video.

I am also considering the Tripollar Stop for firm and lifting. PQ is going to post some reviews soon.
Hope the info helps.
