Hi ladies,
I am new to EDS and learning so much from all of you. Thanks for all the great info you share as it's simply priceless. 
I started dry skin brushing this week with an Yerba Prima brush in the morning prior to my shower. I did approx 15 minutes each time - Tues, Wed, and today (Fri).
Within 30 - 60 min of brushing I feel so much nervous energy. I don't drink coffee anymore (too sensitive to caffeine so I don't need/want it), but I feel like I've drank a couple of espressos in a row. It's 5 hours later and I still feel like this.
Has anyone had this happen to them? I'm wondering what it means - is my body in shock by the rush to my nervous system, will it balance out to a "clean" energy feeling as I continue, am I detoxing, etc?

| Hmm that sounds strange. Don't do dry body brushing myself (though always mean to) so can't be much help i'm afraid. Will be interested to read if anyone has any insight in to this though. |
