Hi
i took Doctor's best Coq10 with bioperrine. I noticed after a week's use my skin became much drier and duller. also seemed much more rougher. I also felt my hair was thinning. My lips kind of cracked too. I noticed my arms were tend to bruise easily. Does this means i am not suitable and could be allergic to Coq10? |

| i dont think it's possible to be allergic to co Q10, it's naturally present in the body.. but may be you already have enough n dont need anymore...?! I have experienced swollen ankles whenever I take co q10 internally or apply it topically to a large area.. |

| i read reports about people getting rash from coq10. i guess i am a rare one. could it be that the company's formula may not be suitable for me? i should look for other brand? |

you could try another brand.... i but most of my supplements from swansonvitamins.com they prices are hard to beat... I use iherb.com for what i cant find on swanson... |

| initially i took it for these reasons but later felt it was drying out my skin. i guess i m not suitable. some people are like that. i am weird even msm made me lose hair. |
