Hi Everyone,
Can you please advice me on osme exercises to fix the droopy eyelids..
My eyes are already looking smaller.. From thie forum I came to know that this is because of droopy eyelids and when I looked my eye closely, I did see that my eyelids have dropped..
Can you please advice me some techniques to fix this and prevent it in future..
Thanks a lot

Eva Fraser has a free exercise on her site here that you may want to do:

I believe that in addition to the Eva's eye exercises, it would help to do Tom's full program so you're working the whole face.www.shapeyourface.com
While Eva's exercise is what I credit with my eyes changing from hooded upper lids to what they are now, I was not just doing that exercise alone, but rather I did her complete program, which meant that all my face muscles were being targeted including the forehead muscles which helped in removing the hooded look.
With the face muscles, you can't really spot train. To get good results, you need to tone all the muscles since they are interconnected and all need to have the same tone in order to effect a nice uniform lift in the face. |

There are also products out there that you can use while you're doing your exercises. These will help instantly and you can stop using them once you've received the results you desire with the exercises.
This one has been around for years: Eye Magic (eyemagic dot net). This one is newer, not sure how different it is: EasyLift (geteasylift dot com).
Good luck! |
