| I am new here, so please forgive me if this is a repeat question. I recently purchases faceworks, I tried to search it on here, but couldn't find anything. I may have not done it right. If someone could guild me to some resent discussions on it, that would be great, thanks -kim |

Hi Kim,
I use the Faceworks exercises, and I like them, they are simple and very effective. Number 5 ex. I think is great for the forehead and eyes! Not resistance as seems to be the vogue in facial exercises nowadays, but with good results.
Nevertheles, I combine them with other exercises from Eva Fraser -which got me started on the facial exercises to begin with-, Ageless, etc, and also with massages, I personally find the massages really helpful. |

You know many people combine their favourite execises (me included) and I think that after you have followed a program for a while, you do start hearing people sing the praises of particular exercises and give them a bash. I know during the last 10 years, even when I have done programs fully, it didn't always give me results I wanted because my face is different than the creator of the program etc. So I think its actually not only normal but a very good idea to experiment with facial exercises but realise that this is just my personal opinion.
I too like massages too! Both body and face ha ha
