lifts and tones your cheeks?

No?
And why?
Is that a type of face massage as well?

It doesn’t lift the cheeks, but I suppose it could be a massage. For it to lift the cheeks you would have to work the muscles, so you would pinch and then perhaps engage the relevant muscle by smiling or whatever, but I think you need to do a whole program and not just pinching the cheeks as that on its own probably won’t do much for you!

| don't think it will do anything to lift/tone! It will bring a little bit of colour to your cheeks though if you forgot blush and need a little colour in a pinch (no pun intended!!) |

I don't believe this will lift you cheeks, unless you smile widely, which will tone some fairly larg muscles, but you need to do this on a regular basis.

| I used to do this to give me a nice flush in my cheeks but then I read that it can cause broken capillaries so be careful |
