Pure Essential Oils appear to be biological messengers. Specifically, new research reveals that the volatile liquid contained in plants consists of micro molecules that can permeate our cells and deliver guidance, via their chemical properties, toward vibrant health, emotional harmony, abundance, peace and love. In addition, pure essential oils act as a transport system for the supply oxygen and nutrients to the organs, tissues, bones and brain.
Extracted from various flowers, grasses, fruits, roots, leaves, bark and seeds, pure essential oils are the Life force of the plant. Through their conscious intent, in the form of hydrocarbon molecules, pure essential oils are fully capable of providing therapeutic benefits to cure every instance of dis-ease experienced by humans and animals alike. |

I like helichrysum as well. My skin also really likes seabuckthorn berry.
I add lavender and rosemary to my OCM mixture.
I'm also interested in other uses/benefits of EOs. Are there specific recommendations to reduce inflammation? Not just in the skin, but perhaps other areas of the body. Or to improve mood? |

Mites need humid conditions to thrive, sometimes nose enlarged pores are happened because of mites. I would suggest to use eucalyptus essential oil regularly. |

Grapefruit oil is meant to be great for cellulite!
I use geranium, cypress and eucalyptus for circulation. Geranium is really energising and does lift the mood. |

Essential oils require a little caution and research especially when use on the face and if you have any underlying health conditions. The most commonly used is lavender which is suppose to be great for burns and promotes cell renewal and healing.
Citurs EO's are great for acneic oily skin but most are photo toxic so I would not use during the day. |
