Emulsifier with ocm?

Hi, I'm thinking about trying out the ocm method and as wondering how much emulsifier should I put in my concoction? I'm planning on using 10% castor oil, and the rest split between camellia and sunflower oil.

How much cromollient should I use? Or should I use poly80 or poly20 instead? (I don't know the difference between all 3? Just read that people often used cromollient)

Any other suggestions?

Basic recipe is 90% oil (or oils) and up to 10% emulsifier.

Polysorbate 20 or 80 work very well:

SEA's Polysorbate 80 is derived from coconut oil.

Add just 8-10% to your oils.
