I've been using the Lightstimm for 3 weeks now and haven't noticed any changes in my skin. I'm hoping it's still to early to tell. I've been using it faithfuly every day (Mon-Sun) and 3 mins on each section of my face. I've been using an eye cream with it but I don't use anything else on my skin while using the light (I break out easily).
Are there any tips or maybe 3 weeks just isn't enought time to tell a difference yet? |

My best tips, as a 6 year satisfied user are these;
- Use on a clean, dry, well exfoliated face
- Drink a glass of water before use
- Don't use more frequently than every other day. |

How come I shouldn't use it every day?
Also how long did it take you to see results? |

Have you looked at the lightstim thread? Many people found that by using it every other day they had better results for some reason. I think part of this was the idea that when you use the lightstim or prolight, that it triggers off reactions within the body to stimulate collagen etc, and that by doing so every day somehow stopped it being as effective. Think several people tried it and reported better results (plus it don't eat into your diary as much as doing it every day).

This idea ties in well with exercising the body -having a day off so that the body has a chance to readjust and 'get fit' after the stress of challenge. |
