It can be a cream, mask (actually I would love to know of a great moisturizing mask), oil, serum, anything- I'm talking your HG "My skin has dry patches/is peeling, but I put this on at night and wake up to smooth, soft skin." Anyone? Bueller?
I just turned 29, and am dealing with dry skin for the first time in my life. I've always been an oil slick. I've tried Creme de la Mer, la Mer Soft Cream, and la Mer gel Cream- I used to love them, but they don't seem to be working as well as they used to for me- then again, the last time I tried them, I was around 20!
So, yeah. Any product. Bonus if you can also give me the name of a great mask. Thank you wonderful ladies (and gents!) |

My best recommendation for moisture in the face is not a skincare cream. It is a supplement: hyaluronic acid tablets. This is an effective way to 'hold' moisture in the skin, creates a nice, plump look and helps lips too. 100 mg works.
Also you may want to wash your face with oils- such as a blend of jojoba and almond oil. A wonderful way to remove makeup and cleanse and eliminate the drying factor of many other cleansers. Blend jojoba and almond oil in your hand, massage into face for a minute or two (I do this in the shower after the heat warms up the pores.) I rinse with wash cloth of warm water: apply to face and gently remove excess oil. (I am an oily/combo skin and this works-Ialso add a few drops of tea trea oil) |

Amazing stuff, and smells wonderful.
Vichy hydra balm, alongside this, together or alternately, are the bomb.
Use honey as a mask.
I find that massaging my face with oil while I'm in the bath also helps to keep it well conditioned. |
