i am sorry that u feel so sad, dont, this is natural.. noone can stay the way one was in teens years.. face n body changes rapidly from late teens to mid 20s... I dont know your particular situation, as I dont know you but because u mention that u had big apple cheeks, without prominent cheek bones they tend to sag soon but I wont think at 20!

I would suggest you to start going to the gym regularly not only for aerobics but also for mild to moderate weight/muscle building training.... also get proper sleep n try to sleep on ur back rather on sides or worse, stomach!

Also, u need to learn to deal with the aging process.. u r only 20 now, imagine being 35! I am 35 and I am v happy with my looks not because I look the way I looked at 18 but because I know for a fact that its not realistic..... This does not stop me from being proactive to delay looking old as long as possible though!

Also, pls dont take the wrong way.. but may be u should see a doctor re your depression as well...

It sounds like you are losing your "baby fat" and your face is maturing. Yes, it should be changing! You are 20 now, and not a teenager any more. You haven't even hit your most beautiful years. You are doing all the right things...eating well, not smoking...If you think it is a tooth or jaw issue, consult a dentist. Ok..maybe a little WU WU for some, but here is my advise: if you ARE going to obsess about your appearance, then change your thoughts, and starting affirming (in an affirmation) that:
" I am more beautiful and attractive in every way, every day." Say it especially before you fall asleep at night. Write it, sing it, chant it. What you believe about yourself, you will become! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
