1) Do you use a primer under your mascara? If so, which one and why do you like it?
2) Your favorite current mascara?
3) Do you use a topcoat over your mascara? If so, which one and why do you like it?

| Miranesse is my all time fave without a doubt! I have never used a primer though. I would like to hear from those who do if it actually makes a difference. |

Love Jordana Best Lash Extreme... I've used expensive brands and have enjoyed them but honestly this is as good as it gets for me.
I've used primers - whatever I get free from Sephora and these have been high-end brands. In the case of primers, the low-end have not been as satisfactory. I've never used a product over my mascara. |
