I am light with slight olive undertones and was color matched to UD Naked 3.0. I've tried a sample of Studio Skin 2.4 and I love the formula but the color is a bit too tan/dark. Everyone says the shades in Studio Skin run on the darker side...unfortunately getting to a Sephora or Ulta to try samples isn't going to happen for a while.
After looking at swatches online and reading shade descriptions, I'm torn between 1.2 and 2.1. Which would be the better match, or am I totally off base with either?
Thanks! |

I can't answer your question, but if you go to smashbox.com,I'm sure there's an option to either live chat with a consultant or a way to email one. |

I ended up doing that...the first studio artist recommended 2.2, the second 1.2. The former was a bit too dark. The latter is ok over most of my face except on my chin (which is darker-toned to begin with), where it looks too light. I'm thinking about keeping the 1.2 and getting the 2.1, so I can blend the two...and the 2.1 would be good by the end of the summer. Thanks! |
