I was taking Coq10, msm and pcynogenol for my skin.
first was coq10, i noticed that my body skin seemed drier. so i stopped things returned to normal.
later i took msm a pimple like bump formed on my skin apparently a lady had the same reaction after taking msm too. no pus at all. i had bloating and constipation so i stopped msm.
pcynogenol was my last one, my digestive system got really screwed up. i stopped pcynogenol.
i noted my body skin became really dry. even the body lotion i was using dried my skin out. my digestive system went haywire till today.
i should also mention i stopped diane 35 at the same time
so which one do you think was the culprit?
