More nonsense here, sorry this is completely untrue on all accounts. Where are you getting this information from because its wrong?

This diet makes the skin plump because its from detoxing all the fish oil through the skin!!!!
When the lymph glands will be blocked from fish waste then skin will have hard time to tell the opposite. |

Me thinks Panos is having a huge laugh at us, making this stuff up while lying on the beach (no sunscreen of course), drinking some wine and smoking a big ol' doobie. These Panos-grams are beginning to fall under the category "Big Laugh for the Day". Thanks for the Panos! |

Today i took the berries straight from the bush at morning, then took some figs and juice some oranges(lots of them!!!!).
Ugh how can you compare dead stuff to this pick hand fruits!!!!
Absorbed the sun and travel with bike while eating prana. I am 100% percent sure that diet is the hugest scam of all .It was just man that never wanted to live on what nature gives but want to play it more important than nature and intelligent thus killing animals and farming the land. While EVERYTHING CAN COME FROM THE TREE!!!Otherwise someone who was born in a place with no humans, having no will(or for that matter knowledge ) to kill/hunt or no knowledge to farm vegetables, according to you he/she would die!!!!But thats not the case since the instict would be to eat from fruit trees.
So remember Spirit
Sun
Air
Clean Water
Fruits
Herbs
Thats should be the real food pyramid!!!! |

Under such circumstances, people would become scavengers and cannibals, apart from eating fruits and nuts and roots. And eggs of course. All the things we could lay our hands on.
Funny enough, the whole 'living on light' idea is based on a misinterpretation of a lovely statement. We in a way all live on light because everything that grows is, directly or indirectly, dependent on how green plants and algse use the energy of sunlight to make carbohydrates. (Of course there are some life forms that assimilate their food without the use of sunlight - the sulfer-based life forms found in the deep sea next to underground volcano's - but we don't have them in our foodchain).
Most 'esoteric' wisdoms are in fact very down to earth, literally. |

Oooh pleeeezzeeee – will you stop with this nonsense. Even if someone was going to live like that, they wouldn’t be able to have a family, full time job etc. Living with just what the earth provides (if you could find such organic produce without any chemical preservatives etc) – is a great idea, but its just not practical nowadays. You got to be realistic here. Besides, fruits are not the best choice, its already been said to you many times because of the high sugar content. Now you may argue that it is indeed a natural sugar – but nonetheless it’s a sugar and whether natural or chemical it stuffs up the bods internal chemistry.
I really would like to know where you think you learned this information because a large amount of it is highly incorrect Panoslydios but I suspect the fact that you haven’t been able to answer any of the questions put to you already seems to suggest you are on a mission to speak without thought so be it!

Cooked food steals the body of enzymes that otherwise it would use to clean up inflammatory paths and fibrosis aka promoting youth!
Eggs, dairy ,meat, undigestible stuff clogs up the lumph glands and when kidney and liver has been overworked, the body throw the toxins to the skin aka aging!!!!
People here reporting hyperpigmentation with massage, they do have to understand that it was pre existing in their lymph glands and massage kicks it out to the skin.It was an acidic foods accumulation.
Its that simple!
As for my education i study law school, but do understand that all man made stuff is 99% the time nonsense and wouldnt care for it but only for social reasons. |

My quick nickel into the slot-machine here --
I had to show the comment re Law School to my DH and he says he dares you to say that to his face…Bring it on! HaHaHa….oh...and I took plenty of Science classes in pre-med too....”
I'm certainly not a *Panolyidios apologist* --
But please quit all the distasteful, rude mocking of Panolydios, a young man who, unfortunately,. does have curiously comical perceptions..
Some of the nonsense here, also, revolves around malevolent, cruel and ill-disposed comments which really only amounts to picking on this kid just for the sake of picking on this kid, and, this very young esoteric-minded individual. (who does need to, hopefully, learn by example from members here how to maneuver with better etiquette on this forum.) Offer him at least some modicum of courtesy. Right now, IMO, the last few comments have been just part and parcel of unadulterated bullying.
Enough is enough. Please! |

All i am saying is second hand protein (fish, meat) clogs the lymph glands and it is being detoxed through the skin .And they are bashing me
I wish it wasnt like that .I was so many years a meat eater. And i can see everybody here how is being aged from this stuff and how aggresive they become when the death frequencies of meat are being in their body.Because every dead flesh has its history and NOBODY CAN REMOVE THIS HISTORY.The different would be NON JUSTICE.
So you cant eat something that was alive and had LIFE in his blood arteries without eating you.It had LIFE in his blood. And people eat temple of life
Btw re Law School remember education/colleges/church/monetary system/government/medicalsetc are one and the same cause they are PRO WORLD(making or trying to get fake $$$$$) and ANTI NATURE.So these idiots with their wanna be knowledge are destroying every aspect of natural life leading us to degradation and misery |

This thread has certainly come a long way since it started with 3-day salmon facelift diet...
Panos, I was wondering how many people around you - family, friends, community - eat and believe the same as you? And it is beginning to sound to me like there might be some religious basis to your diet? |

Kath
I’m sorry as well intentioned as you are, there is a big difference between things which are being stated as fact and are harmful to others, and sharing a personal opinion. He has said several times things as factual which are completely incorrect.
I’ve no problems with someone with esoteric philosophies, hell they can be useful and interesting, but to start leading people into ideas like they have to be vegan, and should only eat fruit is plain old nonsense and wrong and will do harm to some who will follow it, and as such when statements are made it shouldn’t come as any surprise that he would get questions (which intererstingly enough are never answered).

I go back and forth between eating "Perricone" style - lots of salmon, organic eggs, organic greens, nuts, yogurt, minimal carbs except for quinoa or brown rice. When I eat this way I always look and feel better. Last summer my accupuncturist suggested eating more animal organs. Once I added organic liver and bone marrow to my diet in addition to the Perricone style, my health and skin further improved. |

I see there is a lot of talk against eating animal products in this thread. One thing I have been following is eating organic, and further pasture raised or wild caught animal products as much as possible. This comes from a philosophy that if the animal you are eating ate well and was healthy, it will pass on more nutrients to you. Most conventionally raised animal products in the US are treated horribly, fed horribly, and pumped full of antibiotics. This bad flesh feeds us poorly. |

I suggest less is better.I think the problem is tha we are over-eating because we dont have something really creative to do so we can be totally dedicated to it.As a result we get bored ,we eat etc.
Animal organs????Lets say someone kills me and eats my liver!!!Wow he will eat also all the daily toxins i pass and filter from liver together with diseases i may had !!!!
And please i want someone to tell me if that is unlogical thinking!
Re yogurt thats a lot of dairy! The only good is the fermented bacteria but the hard rock calcium is the reason we age and look like cripple when old.Cause it steals the organic calcium from our bones.
Re nuts ,its good source of minerals. It comes from the tree;)
Also i agree about the minimal carbs cause it produces lots of inflammation. If i eat a lot of bread i immediatley feel in inflammation in my face! |

There's no doubt that high level of mercury in fish is worrisome, but there's also some research saying that more important is the ratio of mercury to selenium. This article is an overview, not a research paper: http://chriskresser.com/is-eating-fish-safe-a-lot-safer-than-not-eating-fish
Also, about the O3:O6 ratio ... OP, have you been tested directly for this? If you're still concerned about it, you might want to look into that. You can ask your regular doctor about it, but I think it's more an "alternative" sort of thing, that you might have to pay for out of pocket. Various labs do this, for example:
http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements/ItemLCOMEGA/Omega-Score-Blood-Test.html
eta: oops! wrong thread for the O3:O6 ratio info! Sorry. I'll leave it there anyway ... |
