Icepick and rolling scars

Hi,

I was wondering what are the best treatments available now that aren't too pricey to get rid of Icepick scars, rolling scars, and uneven texture? I use retin-a, dermaroller, and even got an ultrasound kind of machine to use on my face. I am thinking of having a plastic surgeon excise the Icepick type scars because I've had that done before with bigger boxcar scars and it worked really well but for one scar it was $100 and I have like seven little Icepick scars, and I don't know if the surgeon I saw would count each little one as individual scars because so e are not even a millimeter but if he did it would cost $700 for me. I guess thats not too bad if it makes my skin look really good for the rest of my life. Then for the rolling scars I was thinking of having a permanent filler injected modestly at first, since it is permanent and see if I need more and the filler I was thinking about was artefill. I have already done Sculptra for the rolling scars but it helped about 50%. Let me know what you think about these ideas and If any of you have any other suggestions. Thanks!

With 4 co2 lasers down, my ice pick scars has diminished somewhat but as they are really deep, I think the only achievable goal is to aim for slight improvement instead of complete improvement.
