has anyone had success with vigorously rubbing there skin? (While keeping face taut) I notice it helps me but at the same time it creates new lines in different areas. Please share!
Ive also noticed I may be breaking out where I start the rubbing. Has anyone found a solution to this? Thanks! |

I think the ability to tolerate this depends on the individual. I tried gentle pinching recently and ended up with broken capillaries on my face. Of course others could use a belt sander and have no problems, so you have to find what works for YOU. |

the problem i find with moisturizer is that then you dont get friction on the skin. And like Carolyn Cleaves and many others have said, the friction is the key to rubbing the wrinkles and fine lines away.
Bethany, I think that once you start rubbing your skin gets more resilient. When I first started I actually tore some skin but now I can rub and no broken capillaries or anything of the sort. |

I don't think using moisturizer takes away from the effect of the exercise. I am in my 7th year of doing CFF and I never do it (or slide fingers over my skin) without my face being lubricated. Sliding fingers on dry skin I find leads to it folding over itself in a way that creates creases. I don't ever plan to do away with the lube. |
