I have found several testimonies
about rooibos helping with redness,dryness
and scar therapy.
Is there any EDS user of rooibos as a skin treatment externally or as tea internally?(called also african red tea if i am correct).

I havent used it for skin especially , but when I do drink it, I find it quite relaxing and has a kind of calming effect. It is really nice tea.And yes it is an African Tea. Drunk frequently in the "The number one ladies detective" books by Alexander Macall Smith sorry I digress!! Stopping now  |

| I drink Rooibos tea every day. Been doing it for quite some time now. I have great skin tone and don't have too many issues with dryness, except my hands sometimes if I do too much work with water and such. |

If I have ONE more thing I have to apply to my skin I'll go nuts. So I'll take boring internal Rooibos tea.  |
