It could be many things, tiredness, blockage, overuse of eye products can cause puffiness too. Are you using an eye cream at the moment? |

No, I don't consider under eye puffiness a sign of aging. How old are you? I have had the puffies since I was in my early twenties In my case it's a family trait. Working on keeping the area firm keeps that skin from getting loose.
Besides what Cindi just said as causes, it can be a sign of dehydration. When we are not getting enough hydration in our system tissue holds on to fluid. Drink a lot of water helps hydrate and flush toxins out of our bodies.
Allergies are another cause of bags or puffiness under the eyes. Sometimes just taking an over the counter allergy medication can reduce the puffiness.
Other then the above a 5% vitamin C Serum would be a good start to use around the eyes. Eye cream would also be helpful. Picking an eye cream would depend on your skin type and age. |
