Morning,
I would like to seek your advice. I started on a new order/bottle of PSF Berry Beneficial Antioxidant Serum last night, but when I pumped the product out, it was clear and carried the scent of Dermal Matrix Regenerating Serum. Or it could be HA Serum.
The label on the bottle says "Berry Beneficial Antioxidant Serum", but the product is either HA or Dermal Matrix Regenerating serums. I think these things are manufactured in batches? Does that mean the entire batch of empty Berry Beneficial Antioxidant Serum bottles went down the conveyor belt and were filled with Dermal Matrix Regenerating or HA serums – but no one at their factory noticed? Or did PSF not do a QC check – did not pick a bottle at random to check when they received the delivery from their factory? Or did they check but decided to go ahead and send them to EDS anyway?
I have used PSF products for several years now and have found them good. Most PSF products suit my skin and I like them. I want to think this is an isolated incident, but I am afraid I may not be able to bring myself to trust their QC and standards now.
(I thought back to the posts about O2 Rescue Serum and wondered if some people might have really ended up getting bottles of plain water. Maybe the batches they bought, the bottles were filled with only sterilized distilled water, but no stabilized oxygen, no scientifically complex carbon molecule?)
I have to look for replacements to their products now, I guess. What would you recommend? I am not sure with which line to start. I have been using PSF products for years now and have been pleased with them, and so I have not kept in touch with other brands and developments. |

| Mistakes do happen. Why not contact PSF (or EDS) and see what they say? It could be a mix-up or perhaps the formula or an ingredient has changed. I'm sure they would want to sort it out for you. |

I like some of the PSF products and their customer service has been good when I contacted them.
I haven' t tried any of the products you mentioned here though (well do have the HA serum) |
