| I am looking for opinions on creams that say they improve or remove cellulite. Are they worth a go or should I just commit to an enjoyment free diet and punishing exercise regime?? |

| I am definitly of the opinion that when it comes to your weight/cellulite, there really isn't an easy way out. It all comes down to watching what you eat and getting out and moving more. |

it's a lot to do with diet and exercise.
I have found that the avon cellu-sculpt has helped me quite a bit. It just smooths out the bumps. The other thing it self tanners. The darker skin doesn't cast as much shadow so you don't see the spots as much. |
