Hi! I'm new around here. I'd like to know if anyone has used hemp oil in their ocm regimens.was it a good experience or bad?. I currently use 25% castor 25% grapeseed and 50% hemp oil. Only been using the hemp oil for two days. I've read really good things about it but just want to know your experience from it.

Thank you for the welcome and the link. I have another question. I've been on a raw diet and doing Oxnard for about a week. While I never get full blown zits, I have a bunch of deeply clogged pores on my chin. I actually think that it's because I have a big bottom lip this creating the "chin divot" . I for the love of me cannot get anything out of the pores. I know they exist u can see them but even with the castor oil they won't come out. This is my regimen

1. Ocm 25% CaO 25% GSo 50% hemp oil.
2. Raw honey mask 20 min
3. 10% vitamin c serum homemade
4. Moisturize with a tiny amount of ev coconut
ooilive tried upping the castor oil content but thei just get all dry and flaky
Wth am I doing wrong? Anyone?

Hello there,

I, like you, have clogged pores over. I am starting the hemp oil regimen. However, i don't think i'll be using castor oil or other sorts of oils as they are comedogenic. Only hemp oil has comedogenic value of 0.

Here's what I'm going to do:

AM- Honey cleansing method
PM- Oil cleansing method with hemp oil, followed by oat cleansing, salicylic toner, and hemp oil for moisturiser
Once a week- deep OCM cleansing with steaming+salicyclic acid

I have yet to try this out and I'm trying this out this weekend. I'll update u more on this! Meanwhile, check out these websites for clearing clogged pores (oops no linking)

My experience says it is good for the first dyas months.
Castor oil dried the heck out of me.As olive oil.You might want to use jojoba instead.
Some people report disastrous results on hemp and others great.Experiment all the time.

Then i pretty much find it useless to do often.It detoxifies some bad stuff first by way of massaging.

My face looks good now without OCM if i just do a simple dry brushing session,avoid acid forming diet,exercise(especially bosu training detoxifies ),and of course be at least 50% raw fruitarian.

Forgot to say that oil pulling also stimulates the lymphs in the face so it will help you also to have a vibrant skin.
